| The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist. |

Conditions
|
Passengers, holders of reduced fare tickets should behave properly and discreetly:
They do not tell the other passengers that they are free passengers.
They do not speak/discuss with the ground personnel or the flying personnel in presence of paying passengers.
They always give priority to paying passengers: at the ticketing counter, at the check-in counter, when boarding, during the distribution of newspapers on board, during the distribution of meals, when disembarking, etc.
They only accept the newspapers and meals offered by the flight attendants.
Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited ! the minors will never receive any alcohol.
They are not exacting with the ground personnel or with the cabin crew on board.
Documentation
If travelling on flights with one or more stopovers, the holder of a reduced fare ticket may be requested to give his seat to a paying passenger. Therefore, he should have the necessary valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination) for every country where a stop over is foreseen.
All fines imposed on the carrier following non-compliance to these rules will be charged back to the non-compliant staff member.

Dress code
|
The users of reduced fare tickets should at all times be dressed decently, neat and clean.
This implies in Business Class.
Gentlemen: long trousers, decent shirt or polo, classic shoes;
Ladies: dress, dressy trousers or skirt, with decent shirt or jumper, classic shoes;
Children: decently dressed, according to the standards demanded of their parents
This implies in Economy Class.
As in Business Class or Casual
It will never be tolerated that passengers travelling with reduced fare tickets
present oneself dressed as follows : shorts, old or torn jeans, old sport shoes, training suit, beach clothes
