The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist.

Flights included or excluded

|
Included are all flights operated by Lufthansa (LH), Condor (DE) CityLine (CL) & Contact Air aircraft.
Excluded are all LH flights operated by another airline, trains and buses.

Flight listing policy and procedures
|
Listing is mandatory on Lufthansa operated flights:
From any destination in Europe to any destination in Germany and
For any Intercontinental flight to/from Germany.
Listing must be made not later than 24 hours
