You should be checked in and at the boarding area at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. 
If you are checking baggage, arrive at the ticket counter at least one hour before departure time so you can be assisted before revenue passengers arrive.

The requirement is to have a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance for travel. Jeans and walking shorts are allowed. Frayed or soiled clothes and bare feet are never appropriate. Non-revenue passengers not properly dressed will be refused passage by the ticket counter supervisor or boarding agent.
