The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist.

All AY leisure flights, flight numbers AY1000 to AY2999.

Flights included or excluded
|
|
Excluded are all AY flights operated by another airline. Included are all flights that are operated by Aero Airlines/EE. These flights are shown as flight numbers AY3000 to AY3999.

Flight listing policy and procedures
|
Listing is mandatory on all international AY operated flights. Listing must be made no later than 24 hours prior to flight departure.
Listing for AY operated flights within Finland is not mandatory but is recommended. Listing can be made at any time before check-in.
