The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist.

Excluded are all code share flights not operated by CSA, i.e. OK 3000 OK 5999.

Flight listing policy and procedures

Policy
Listing is mandatory on all CSA flights.
Listing must be made at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure.
Procedures
For listing contact any CSA sales office or call centre.

Code of conduct
For CSA flights to / from CMB, separate coupons must be issued as follows: PRG-DXB and DXB-CMB or vice versa.

Dress code

Recommendation:
Business casual.
Well groomed, neat, clean attire, conservative and in good taste.
Not permitted in any class:
Shorts , Sweatshirts, Bare shoulders tops ,Sandals ,Sports wear/footwear for women
