Checked baggage: 20 kg per passenger.
Cabin baggage: This allowance is one piece with maximum overall dimensions not exceeding 115 cms (45ins) and a maximum weight of 5 kgs.
Cabin baggage must always be of a size to fit in either the overhead bins, under the seat or in the wardrobe areas.

Code of conduct
Passengers travelling on rebated tickets should behave properly and discreetly.
Full revenue passengers always have priority.
Please avoid discussing or mentioning your reduced rate travel to other passengers.
Always be polite with ground staff and with cabin crew and avoid speaking/discussing with them in front of paying passengers.

Valid ZED ticket and all applicable travel documents. If employee travelling ID card necessary and for other eligible persons official proof of identity e.g. passport.
Children under 16 year of age must be accompanied by an adult holding same type of ticket.

Passengers must hold valid travel document for the entire trip .
Passengers must be Meal Listed.
Present their tickets at the Officer in charge.
Pre - reservation of seats is not allowed, unless passengers hold confirmed reservation.
Cyprus Airways resumes no responsibility for any SECURITY Restricted articles confiscated by the Airport Security authorities.
Check-in times: Present for check in at least 90 minutes PTD.

General information:
It is absolutely imperative for the employees and their eligible family members to be dressed neatly and in good taste, when travelling on rebated authority on Cyprus Airways flights as well as on flights of other airlines.
The main rule of the applicable dress code stipulates that clothing should match in style and colour. Exaggerated leisurewear is not acceptable.
In Business Class appropriate attire for men is a suit or trousers that match with jacket, shirt with tie or sports shirt that matches or T-shirt with collar or turtleneck. Ladies should be dressed in a suit or dress or co-ordinated blouse and skirt or slacks. Children's attire should be equivalent to adults' clothing. The following are not acceptable: Jeans, shorts, T-shirts without collars, jogging outfits/track suits, singlet’s, sweatshirts and athletic shoes.
In Economy Class employees and their eligible family members may wear casual, but neat and co-ordinated attire. Shorts, track suits and beach sandals are not acceptable.
It is the responsibility of the Terminal Services staff, to ensure at check in that the dress code rules of the Company are followed by the Company's employees intending to travel, and they may deny boarding to anyone who is not neatly dressed in accordance with the Company's dress code rules.
