General information:
It is absolutely imperative for the employees and their eligible family members to be dressed neatly and in good taste, when travelling on rebated authority on Cyprus Airways flights as well as on flights of other airlines.
The main rule of the applicable dress code stipulates that clothing should match in style and colour. Exaggerated leisurewear is not acceptable.
In Business Class appropriate attire for men is a suit or trousers that match with jacket, shirt with tie or sports shirt that matches or T-shirt with collar or turtleneck. Ladies should be dressed in a suit or dress or co-ordinated blouse and skirt or slacks. Children's attire should be equivalent to adults' clothing. The following are not acceptable: Jeans, shorts, T-shirts without collars, jogging outfits/track suits, singlet’s, sweatshirts and athletic shoes.
In Economy Class employees and their eligible family members may wear casual, but neat and co-ordinated attire. Shorts, track suits and beach sandals are not acceptable.
It is the responsibility of the Terminal Services staff, to ensure at check in that the dress code rules of the Company are followed by the Company's employees intending to travel, and they may deny boarding to anyone who is not neatly dressed in accordance with the Company's dress code rules.
