The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist.

Flight listing policy and procedures
|
Listing is mandatory on all KF operated flights and listing must be made no later than 3 hours before flight departure.
Due to the importance of correct catering levels and reliable priority lists, Blue1 does not accept double-listings.

For cancellation of Blue1 listing, name of the traveller, flight number and travel date must be mailed to staff.travel@sas.dk.
