The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible nominees traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible nominees where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking embargoes before travel. Issuance of a ticket and/or creation of a listing do not guarantee that an embargo does not exist.

Checked baggage
Domestic flights within Colombia: 20 Kg. No baggage allowed fro infants.
Flights between Colombia and AUA, CUR, SAO, RIO, SJO, GYE, PTY*, LIM, UIO, CCS, PUJ : 30 Kg. For infants 10 Kg.
Flights between Colombia and BUE, SCL, FLL, NYC, MIA, LAX, MEX : Piece concept. 2 pieces of baggage of 32 Kg/70 Lb each. The sum of its three dimensions (length, height, width) must not exceed: 158 cm/62". For infants 1 piece of 10 Kg.
Flights between NYC and PEI or between NYC and BAQ : 2 pieces of baggage of 25 Kg in total. For infants 1 piece of 10 Kg.
Flights between Spain and Colombia : 40 Kg. For infants 10 Kg.
Cabin baggage
One piece weighting maximum 10Kg/22Lb. The sum of its three dimensions (length, height, width) must not exceed: 115 cm/45".

Boarding
Boarding priority for standby ZED tickets on AV/MM flights is SA24.
Boarding priority for confirmed ZED tickets on AV/MM flights is PP16. Booking class for ZED confirmed (if allowed in the bilateral concurrence) is ‘U’.
You may mention the corresponding priority when listing or booking for a flight.

Check-in time.
Domestic flights : 1 hour prior to flight time
International flights originating to/from USA : 3 hours prior to flight time
All other International flights : 2 hours prior to flight time.
